We ensure each product is checked before dispatch, but if an issue arises, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

The item is received damaged or defective

The wrong item was shipped

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.

Items damaged due to misuse

Contact our support team with your order number and issue. If approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup (wherever possible) or ask you to ship it back.

4. Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Cancellations
